Art Vs. Work

Yes. I take pictures, and write; I've even been known to draw a bit too. But I don't expect any of it to be good.

Some people create art for a living, some as a hobby, but I just do it for fun.

I don't strive for that one picture, expect anyone to fully appreciate my art, i really just don't take art too seriously.

and that's how i like it.

I don't care if a 7 year old can take the same picture, or a retard can write better then me. I just like doing it, okay?

I'm probably one of the most carefree people you'll ever meet, but I do get frustrated sometimes when people misunderstand the difference between art and work.

art is an expression, and cannot be judged.

work, whether it's fun or miserable, will and should be judged, and it's something you put your back into.

i believe in good and bad art, the absence of real emotion the failure to communicate, and that people who do look at art as work, are probably the "better" ones at it.

But me, I'm neither good or bad. Nor "kind of okay".
Because this is my art, not my work.
Therefore, who are you to say what entertains me, cannot be entertaining?
